A+ Welding was purchased in 2017 by Brad & Kellee Emmerich of “B&K Builders LLC” as an Asset Acquisition.  The Company specialized in a wide range of welding services, that cater to both residential and commercial clients.  B&K Builders made the decision to start new by first changing the company name.  Along with a new name, “A+ Welding and Fabrication” came the renewed structure in the same land and lot at the Maui Base Yard in Pu’unene, Hawaii.  Over the next 7 years the Company established a positive footprint in the Maui marketplace by building positive business relationships, injecting themselves into the local community as a supporter delivering fair paying jobs, by providing excellent service to every customer, and by showing integrity in all their business dealings and contractual agreements.  In 2024, B&K Builders made a business decision to transfer the business ownership of A+ Welding and Fabrication to both their son-in-law, Valeriy Kenin and to a company employee, Andrey Mishakov.  A+ Welding & Fabrication remains a subsidiary company to B&K Builders LLC.  As new company owners, the decision was made to turn the page by once again first changing the company name to “Hawaii Industrial Builders LLC” effective January 29, 2025.  The focus of the company is to continue delivering welding and fabrication to both residential and commercial builders, as well as moving into more holistic top to bottom residential and commercial structure build deployments.  The company has played a significant role in the restoration and rehabilitation of Lahaina after the horrible fire of August 2023.  Unfortunately, the owners are victims of this incident as well; losing their homes, personal effects, and the business offices.  Hawaii Industrial Builders is dedicated to continuing to do all it can to support the local community as a major supplier of steel fabrication and structural building, as well as providing additional support to the fire victims as needed.
